Adam Ventura
MS, BCBA

Adam Ventura, MS, BCBA, is a pioneering leader in the integration of artificial intelligence and behavior science. As the Founder and CEO of Intraverbal AI, Adam’s current focus is on leveraging AI to transform the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA), making data-driven insights and innovative tools more accessible to behavior analysts. A graduate of Florida International University (FIU) and a long-standing adjunct professor, he combines academic expertise with cutting-edge technology. Adam also co-founded the Miami Association for Behavior Analysis, fostering leadership and growth in the ABA community. His entrepreneurial pursuits include serving as Chairman of Bueno Ventures, Inc., where he leads global initiatives aimed at creating sustainable, behavior-focused enterprises. Previously, he founded and scaled World Evolve, Inc., a multi-state ABA service provider, which he successfully exited in 2018. An established author, Adam has contributed extensively to literature on ethical practices and leadership in behavior analysis, now with a sharp focus on AI’s transformative role in the field.

Diana Anzures is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a passion for advancing behavioral health through innovative solutions. She earned her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas and a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy Analysis, equipping her with a unique blend of clinical expertise and strategic insight.

Her career spans diverse roles, from direct care to clinical operations, where she streamlined processes, enhanced staff training, and ensured adherence to best practices. Currently, Diana focuses on exploring how AI can revolutionize ABA services. By integrating advanced AI solutions, she enhances productivity, automates reporting, and provides actionable insights, allowing behavior analysts to spend more time focusing on client interactions.

Kristen Byra
BCBA-D

Dr. Kristen Byra is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst at a doctoral level (BCBA-D) and a licensed behavior analyst in Arizona and Texas. She completed her master’s degree in psychology from Western Michigan University in May 2007, specializing in autism and organizational behavior management. By May 2010, she received her Ph.D. in Psychology from the same university, specializing in Behavior Analysis. Her thesis and dissertation centered around the evaluation of prompting strategies for children with autism and related disorders, focusing specifically on matching sample and receptive identification skills. Following her graduation, Dr. Byra concentrated her professional efforts on delivering center-based and home-based services for children diagnosed with autism and related disorders. She also provided consultation services for several school districts in Arizona and Nevada. Since 2017, Dr. Byra has been creating Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS) and Clinical Intelligence Forms (CIF) for various prominent insurance companies and provider agencies. She has contributed as an expert witness in several court cases and has functioned as an ad-hoc reviewer for the Behavior Analysis in Practice journal. Her ongoing dedication is to the dissemination of information and research concerning the best practices in behavior analysis. She accomplishes this through web-based learning platforms and consultation. Most recently she has been appointed by the Governor of Arizona to be a committee member on the Committee for Behavior Analysts.

Matt Harrington, BCBA, LBA, has worked in autism care and behavior analysis since 2014. He began as a respite care provider and rose to RBT®, BCaBA®, BCBA®, Clinic Manager, and Clinic Director. He has worked in hospitals, schools, clinics, and homes. His focus is on complex behaviors and caregiver support.

Beyond clinical work, Matt found a passion for teaching other BCBAs®. This passion led him to create The Behaviorist Bookclub, offering research and CEUs to BCBAs®. His work grew the club from 0 to 15,000 members and provided 2500+ CEUs. The lessons learned during this growth ignited his interest in ethical digital marketing.

In 2024, he launched the ABA Digital Marketing Agency. Its goal? To help ABA companies find and serve their ideal clients. By doing so, it boosts community support and impact. Matt specializes in SEO and copywriting. He crafts content that drives traffic and referrals to local ABA businesses.

Sarah Williams

Sarah Williams is an accomplished Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a licensed behavior analyst in the state of Texas. She earned her Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from the University of Houston – Clear Lake, where she developed a solid foundation in the principles and application of behavior analysis. With a strong dedication to advancing the field, Sarah specializes in the assessment and treatment of maladaptive behaviors, integrating operational efficiencies with evidence-based clinical practices, and exploring innovative strategies to elevate the science and practice of behavior analysis. In her current role as the Area Director of Clinical Services, Sarah oversees multiple centers in Houston, Texas, where she leads teams in delivering high-quality, client-centered care. Her leadership emphasizes fostering collaboration, ensuring compliance with best practices, and driving measurable outcomes for individuals and families. Sarah also serves as a Subject Matter Expert for Intraverbal AI, a groundbreaking organization focused on integrating augmented intelligence into Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her involvement includes contributing to the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI tools designed to enhance clinical decision-making, streamline assessment processes, and transform ABA service delivery.

Maggie

Maggie has dedicated the last 14 years to creating and providing services for children and families with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has previously served as a Senior Care Manager at Magellan Healthcare, where she ensured the quality and effectiveness of ABA services for Medicaid recipients in Texas and Louisiana. Maggie has also served as Vice President of Clinical Services at Ascend Behavior Partners, where she established clinical growth, developed new care models, and led strategic initiatives that enhanced access to integrated mental health and behavioral services across Texas, Colorado, and Arizona.

Throughout her career, Maggie has held leadership roles in clinical operations, accreditation, policy development, and training, demonstrating a deep commitment to advocacy, equity, and excellence in care. She has a proven track record of mentoring clinicians, fostering collaboration across disciplines, and developing innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes.

With a Master’s in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Texas Tech University and an Executive Mini MBA from the University of Arizona, Maggie brings a strategic and data-driven approach to her work. She is actively involved in professional organizations, including the Colorado Association for Behavior Analysis (COABA) and the Texas Association for Behavior Analysis (TXABA).

Maggie’s mission is to empower families and professionals with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to create meaningful and lasting change.

Kailie Kipfmiller is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Michigan. She completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology and graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Michigan State University. Kailie has experience providing behavior analytic services to individuals diagnosed with autism and related disorders in the clinic, home, and community settings. She also provided consultation services for several clinics in the Michigan area, as well as utilization management and care management in behavioral health for families receiving Applied Behavior Analysis services. Recently, Kailie serves as the Behavior Intervention Specialist at an Intermediate School District. Her role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to conduct thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Additionally, she provides guidance to special education staff on integrating evidence-based practices within the classroom environment. Kailie is passionate about exploring and creating educational resources to disseminate evidence-based practices among experienced peers and newcomers in the field of behavior analysis.

Mara Hughes
BCBA

Mara Hughes is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 20 years of experience in the field of behavior analysis. Throughout her career, Mara has specialized in applying evidence-based behavioral interventions to improve the lives of individuals across various settings, including schools, clinics, hospitals, and day training facilities. Her expertise spans working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and challenging behaviors.

In addition to direct therapy and intervention, Mara has significant experience in managed care, working collaboratively with insurance companies, care managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure access to high-quality, effective behavioral services. They have a proven track record in navigating complex insurance authorizations, reviewing treatment plans, developing medical necessity criteria, and advocating for appropriate services to meet the needs of clients and families.

Mara holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and is a passionate advocate for ethical, client-centered care. Additionally, Mara has a deep interest in helping adults with autism navigate the complexities of daily life, with a special focus on adaptive travel and increasing independence in the community.

In her free time, Mara enjoys volunteering, running, rock-climbing, hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and dogs.

Hilary Kingery is a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and former classroom teacher with extensive experience supporting individuals in educational, home, and community environments. She earned her Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of South Florida and her graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology.

Hilary specializes in effectively communicating behavioral assessments and interventions to diverse teams in behavioral health and educational settings. She is pragmatic and enjoys the challenge of matching interventions to the settings and people that will be implementing them ensuring that teachers, parents, and professionals can use strategies with confidence. She has a deep passion for working with students who have emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges using the Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) framework along with enhancing their academic reading ability with Direct Instruction programs. Her research interests include the assessment of executive functioning through a behavioral lens, with a focus on creating a practical behavioral curriculum that enhances learning and emotional-regulation for students with ADHD and similar challenges.

Currently, Hilary works in Utilization Review, where she appreciates working directly with providers to partner in providing medically necessary care. Over her career, she has valued building meaningful relationships with kids, families, providers, and teachers fostering growth through compassionate and effective behavioral support.
